On September 20, Li Ruge, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of CRC and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power met with Wang Yixin, Deputy Governor of Shanxi Province in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, conducting deepened exchanges on the operation, investment and development of projects of CRC and CR Power in Shanxi Province. Ge Changxin, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power were present.

Chairman Li Ruge expressed his appreciation for the long-term care and support given by the Government of the Shanxi Province to CRC. He made a brief introduction of the operation, investment and development of CRC projects in the Shanxi Province as well as the restructuring progress of CR Coal. Chairman Li Ruge wished that the Government of Shanxi Province could give support for the development of CR Power’s new energy project and the cooperation term of the Daning project of CRC, jointly pushing forward the energy industry transformation of Shanxi Province, and expected for more extensive and deepened cooperation between the two parties, so as to make better contributions to the social and economic development of Shanxi Province.

Deputy Governor Wang Yixin expressed his appreciation for the outstanding contributions of CRC to the social and economic development of Shanxi Province. He said that the resource-based economic transformation and development demonstration zone of Shanxi Province was under construction, to make Shanxi Province the pioneer of energy reform and build Shanxi Province into the new heights for inland areas opening to the outside world. The Government of Shanxi Province would support CRC as always and wished CRC to make more significant efforts to the development of various businesses in Shanxi Province. The Government of Shanxi Province would help CR Coal out of the problems in progress, and welcome CRC to invest new energy projects in Shanxi Province, jointly driving the energy industry restructuring and social & economic development of the Shanxi Province.
