On October 26, the Chinese and Japanese governments held the “First China-Japan Third Party Market Cooperation Forum" at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Li Ruge, chief accountant of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and chairman of CR Power's board of directors, Hu Min, president of CR Power, and Ge Changxin, vice chairman of the board and senior vice president attended the forum.

The first China-Japan Third Party Market Cooperation Forum, co-organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Foreign Affairs, is one of the important economic and trade achievements of Premier Li Keqiang's visit to Japan in May 2018 and the important activities of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's visit to China. During this forum, more than 50 cooperation agreements valued at USD 18 billion were signed between local governments, financial institutions and enterprises of the two countries.

At the sub-forum that afternoon, President Hu Min attended the regional development forum and delivered a keynote speech. Hu said that with the strong support of the Chinese and Japanese governments, Chinese and Japanese enterprises have broad prospects for cooperation in the field of third-party market development. CR Power will work with all participating companies to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Japanese enterprises and achieve win-win development. Vice Chairman Ge Changxin shared his experience of cooperation in the field of energy and environmental protection in the third-party market with representatives of participating enterprises at the Energy and Environmental Protection Forum.

During this forum, CR Power and Japan's Electric Power Development Co., Ltd., the two large power companies well-known in China and Japan, signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will take this opportunity to further promote and expand extensive cooperation in the field of electric power, actively explore the joint development, construction and operation of electric power projects in China, Japan and third countries, and jointly enhance the core competitiveness, technology and management level of enterprises.
