On October 30, Li Ruge, chief accountant of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and chairman of the board of directors of CR Power, went to the Xiyi Mine and Xilingol Thermal Power Project in the Northern Region for investigation.

Chairman Li Ruge made an on-the-spot investigation of the tunnel under the Xiyi Mine, the centralized control room of Xilingol Thermal Power Project, the turbine room, boiler room and other areas, and learned about the actual progress of the construction and safety protection.Chairman Li Ruge heard a special report on the overall situation of the Northern Region and the two projects, the current key work and the future development plan, as well as the approved progress of the Xiyi Mine Project and the construction progress of the Xilingol Thermal Power Project. Chairman Li spoke highly of the efforts made by the team in the Northern Region who made good preparation for the project depending on their regional advantages in accordance with the strategic plan of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and CR Power during the period of “13th Five-Year Plan”.

In summary of the investigation, Chairman Li said that in an environment of increasingly fierce competition for resources, the Northern Region should push forward the progress of the work plan and development in next step based on the experience and lessons learnt to ensure the smooth and sustainable development of the region and contribute to the good performance of CR Power. He encouraged them to scale up the success they had achieved to strive for the approval of the Xiyi Mine Project, push forward the safe and efficient construction of Xilingol Thermal Power Project based on the guarantee for personnel safety and project quality to strive for the successful commission of the power generation unit of the project, and further strengthen the cohesion of the Party members and Party organizations to bring into full play role model of Party members and increase employees' satisfaction and loyalty by due care and love.
