CR Power Signs Strategic Joint Venture Agreement with Spade Capital

On January 18, CR Power and Spade Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Spade Capital") held the signing ceremony for the joint venture agreement at CR Power's Hong Kong headquarters. According to the agreement, the two sides will establish CR Spade Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CR Spade") based on the common concept of serving the society. Jointly owned by both sides, the new company will be committed to promoting the development of new energy resources, publicizing the concept of green and environmental protection, and fulfilling social responsibilities.

 

According to the agreement, CR Power and Spade Capital will invest their respective resources, data systems and project plans, give full play to their respective advantages, and explore business development opportunities so as to enhance enterprise value and competitiveness and achieve win-win results. With the rapid development of new energy resources, CR Spade will focus on developing a series of new energy businesses in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through close cooperation and coordination between the two sides, including photovoltaic, wastes recycling, application of new technologies, etc. The business area will take Hong Kong and Macao as its primary development goals to promote the sustainable development of the cities.

 

In the future, taking environmental protection and low carbon as its development objectives, CR Spade will develop clean energy, actively explore and invest in innovative technologies and projects, and under the mission and responsibility of protecting ecology, boldly address new challenges to contribute to the global development of new energy and create a green world.
