On April 3, CR Power Smart Energy Co., Ltd. ("CR Power Smart Energy") and China Datang Smart Energy Industry Co., Ltd. (“CDT Smart Energy”) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at China Resources Tower. Hou Yongjie, Vice President of CR Power and Chairman of CR Power Smart Energy, and Li Jie, Chairman of CDT Smart Energy, attended the signing ceremony. Li Duanping, General Manager of CR Power Smart Energy, and Zhang Baorui, General Manager of CDT Smart Energy, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, both parties will carry out in-depth technical exchanges and cooperation in such fields as integrated energy services, multi-energy complementation, electric energy storage, hydrogen energy and smart micro-grid based on the principles of “resource sharing, complementary advantages, strategic mutual trust, and win-win cooperation”.

Vice President Hou Yongjie welcomed the arrival of Chairman Li Jie and his delegation, and briefly introduced the basic situation of CR Power and CR Power Smart Energy. He pointed out that both CDT and CR Power are power generation companies, with the solid foundation for cooperation, good cooperative relationship, and common language and topics on corporate transformation and innovation. CR Power Smart Energy, which actively promotes the implementation of integrated energy projects by relying on the advantages of diversification of China Resources Group, and CDT Smart Energy may complement each other in terms of products to achieve win-win situation.

Chairman Li Jie affirmed the development of CR Power's smart energy business and briefly introduced the basic situation of CDT and CDT Smart Energy. He pointed out that CDT Smart Energy, with integrated energy as its core business, gradually masters key technologies and extends to various fields. CDT Smart Energy attaches great importance to the cooperation with CR Power Smart Energy, and hopes that both parties will take the agreement as an opportunity to achieve win-win cooperation.
