On August 16, the 35-day 2022 "Stars of the Future" new employee training camp North China No. 3 Camp of CR Group successfully graduated. President Shi Baofeng and Vice President Liu Xiusheng of CR Power as well as relevant personnel of HR Department of CR Group, and CR Learning and Innovation Center were invited to attend the ceremony of graduation.

Hao Gengchun from CR Learning and Innovation Center shared the course of 2022 "Stars of the Future" new employee training camp project of CR Group as well as student training and employment of the Group. The project team summarized and reviewed the work of North China No. 3 Camp. The camper representative exhibited their results to the guests, and the two innovation topics were Discussion on Combination of Direct Combustion Coupled Biomass Power Generation Technology and Thermal Power Market, and Study on Efficient Treatment of Flue Gas Co-generation of Hydrogen Clean Energy Generation by Microalgae. Vice President Liu Xiusheng spoke highly of campers' topic reporting and exhibition, expressing that he saw a new generation of CR people with ideas, goals and pursuits. The guests presented awards to excellent instructors and excellent campers. Over 10 parents of campers watched the ceremony of graduation in the whole process, and 34 parents of campers sent their expectations, wishes and advice to their children.

President Shi Baofeng made a speech, delivering the message of "Be a CR youth having dreams and being able to bear hardships" to all campers, and putting forward two expectations. First, all should "have dreams", define the significance of working and establish correct occupational values. With high aspirations, all should strive hard and live up to the over 10-year study and the exuberant years of youth. Second, all should "be able to bear hardships", be determined to study skills and systemically improve occupational competitiveness. In addition, all should be able to bear setbacks and endure loneliness so as to hold water in specialties and keep stable in occupation. Mr. Shi emphasized that, every step you take in life will count, and every drop of sweat will not be wasted, which will become the stepping stones of growth and progress. Progress in life is a process of accumulation. He believed that the "Stars of the Future" campers in ten or twenty years will become the witnesses and builders of one-century CR. By then, looking back, they will meet the future confidently. He hoped that the campers could forge ahead with determination, continue to make progress, engage and do well in what they love, thus creating a blue ocean for CR and a world for themselves.

The ceremony of graduation came to an end slowly in the song of Run Wu Geng Xin. In the ceremony of graduation, the training camp flag was handed over to the Northern China region - the organizer in 2023.
