On the afternoon of September 14, President Shi Baofeng paid an official visit to the Secretary of Liaocheng Municipal Party Committee Li Changping and the Mayor Zhang Baishun, and both parties talked about new energy investment and development in Liaocheng City and the matters on promoting the strategic cooperation. Secretary Li Changping introduced the new energy development planning and characteristic industries in Liaocheng City, saying that CR Group and Liaocheng have a solid foundation for cooperation and hoping to continuously cooperate in the new energy field. On September 15, President Shi Baofeng paid an official visit to Yang Guoqiang - Secretary of Dongying Municipal Party Committee, and both parties deeply communicated on deepening the cooperation in new energy projects of Dongying City during the period of "14th Five-Year Plan". Secretary Yang Guoqiang affirmed the achievements of energy development made by CR Power in Dongying City, hoping that both parties continuously strengthen cooperation, give play to respective advantages and drive detailed implementation of cooperation projects.
