From December 3 to 7, the pertinent staff of Guangdong CR Carbon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CR Carbon Energy") went to Dubai to attend the 28th UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP28). During the event held at the "China Pavilion" of Shenzhen, the "Demonstration Project on Carbon Capture Technology and Test Platform" of Shenzhen Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone China Resources Power Co., Ltd. was recognized as one of the top 10 green and low-carbon cases in Shenzhen for 2023. This case highlights the accomplishments of CR Power in the green and low-carbon areas and its response to climate change.

More than 70,000 delegates, including heads of state or prime ministers, negotiators, activists, and entrepreneurs from 167 countries, attended the COP28, making it the largest climate conference in history. Over 100 corporate brochures showcasing CR Power's accomplishments in reaching the "Double Carbon Goals" and its social responsibilities were distributed by CR Carbon Energy representatives during the conference. During the coffee break, the two representatives made the most of the chance to exchange with organizations like the University of Texas System, GazpromBank, China Green Carbon Foundation, and Mangrove Conservation Foundation to gain knowledge of the most cutting-edge ideas and solutions in carbon emission reduction and climate change worldwide. At the same time, they have reached preliminary agreements on working with foreign partners, including Shell, Mercuria, ACT, and Vitol, in various areas, including CCUS, the development and investment in the carbon sink, and trading, and strived to develop significant projects in the future.
