The pilot new energy system was jointly launched by Ma Xin, a member of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Province, as well as the Executive Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, Song Lewei, Secretary of the CPC Xuzhou Municipal Committee, and Wang Jianfeng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xuzhou Municipal Committee as well as the Mayor of Xuzhou. Xuzhou's Medium and Long-term Plan for Developing the New Energy System (2023-2030) was presented by Qi Yusong, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Director of the Provincial Energy Bureau. Wang Xianzheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xuzhou Municipal Committee as well as the Executive Vice Mayor, gave an introduction to the green, low-carbon energy industry.
