On the afternoon of January 22, CR Smart Energy Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xuchang XJ Software Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. Fan Zhe, Vice President of CR Power, and Zhao Yi, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of XJ Electric Corporation, witnessed this signing of the agreement.

Vice President Fan Zhe welcomed the visit of Zhao Yi and the relevant personnel, and introduced the operation of CR Power's comprehensive energy business and the development of its energy storage business. Mr. Fan pointed out that XJ Electric Corporation has industry-leading capabilities in technology research and development, and hopes to strengthen cooperation with XJ Electric Corporation in energy storage management system, digital platform construction, comprehensive energy business expansion and other aspects, achieving complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.

Mr. Zhao praised the development performance of CR Power and also introduced XJ Electric Corporation's development history and research results in the field of digital energy storage. Mr. Zhao pointed out that CR Power has accumulated rich experience in application scenarios and business models, and hopes to strengthen cooperation with CR Power in energy storage control system, digital power stations, regional power supply systems and other aspects to promote the implementation of demonstration projects as soon as possible.

According to the agreement, both parties will establish a regular communication mechanism and carry out multi-level, comprehensive and high-quality cooperation in three aspects: smart energy storage construction, energy storage PMS and energy storage EMS, so as to lay a solid foundation for the safe and stable development of related industries of smart energy and help realize national goals of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality".
