On June 16,the Guangdong Science and Technology Evaluation Association issued the evaluation report of scientific and technical achievement of "research and application of operation optimization technology of dynamic benchmarking system based on mathematical and intelligent modeling" -- technical achievement of "Runyouyi" of CR Power. It believed that core technologies of the said achievement had reached international leading level, and agreed that "Runyouyi" passed the evaluation of scientific and technical achievement.

On the morning of April 23, CR Power and China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute ("CREEI") held the cloud signing ceremony of the offshore wind power cooperation agreement. President Tang Yong of CR Power and President Zheng Sheng'an of CREEI attended the ceremony.

On June 4, Tang Yong, President of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. On May 29, Tang Yong, President of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CR Power"), made an official visit to Qin Rupei, Executive Vice Chairman of the Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in Nanning, Guangxi, carrying out friendly exchanges on CR Power’s energy business development and targeted poverty alleviation through energy in Guangxi.

On May 29, Wang Xiangming, general manager of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CR Power"), went to Guanshan Wind Farm of CR Power South China Region for investigation and guidance.

On May 8, CR Power issued 2019 sustainable development report, which is the 10th sustainable development report thereof. It systematically discloses CR Power's practices and performance in terms of corporate governance, the performance of economic, social and environmental responsibilities and so on in the past year. CR Power was comprehensively rated by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as "five stars" level in five years consecutively.

On April 3, CR Power Smart Energy Co., Ltd. ("CR Power Smart Energy") and China Datang Smart Energy Industry Co., Ltd. (“CDT Smart Energy”) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at China Resources Tower. Hou Yongjie, Vice President of CR Power and Chairman of CR Power Smart Energy, and Li Jie, Chairman of CDT Smart Energy, attended the signing ceremony. Li Duanping, General Manager of CR Power Smart Energy, and Zhang Baorui, General Manager of CDT Smart Energy, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

On March 30, CR Power announced its annual performance for 2019.

From March 11 to 13, during the critical stage of anti-epidemic and resumption of production, CR Power's Electricity Sales Management Department gave masks for free to enterprise customers nationwide that have signed the electricity purchase and sales agreement for 2020 to help them fight against the epidemic.
