This hard-working spirit is also reflected on the staff of CR Land. Vientiane City, located in Luohu, Shenzhen, is the first Vientiane City of CR Land. Nowadays, it has a significant passenger flow, but it was not optimistic at the beginning.

CR Power also has a legendary experience. The legendary prologue is the Xuzhou Pengcheng Power Plant in Jiangsu.
In 1994, Xuzhou China Resources Power Co., Ltd. was established, and began to construct the Pengcheng Power Plant, setting a precedent for "independent construction, management, and operation" of power projects."At that time, the company deployed personnel according to the production process to solve the problems of unsaturated workload and overstaffing, such as working in the turbine shift during the day and working in the boiler shift at night." The project now processes 600 tons of sludge per day, with an actual disposal capacity of 900 tons per day, and an annual sludge disposal capacity of 200,000 to 300,000 tons.
