On the afternoon of September 13, Hu Min, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of CR Power met with Huang Shaowen, the Standing Member of the Party Committee of Dongguan and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Songshan Lake at the Management Committee of Songshan Lake. They discussed the project of operation headquarters, development of the integrated energy service and future cooperation of CR Power in Songshan Lake, Dongguan.

President Hu Min expressed his appreciation for the support and help to CR Power by the Party Committee and Municipal Government of Dongguan and the Management Committee of Songshan Lake, and introduced the construction progress of the operation headquarters in Songshan Lake, conditions of the integrated energy service and the idea of becoming a regional green energy service provider. President Hu said CR Power attached much importance on the business cooperation with Dongguan and the Company would give further play to its leading superiority, focus on integrated energy services, and proactively explore the new business conjunction point between the two parties, in an endeavor to better facilitate the green development of local economy. Also, he wished that Dongguan could continue to support the projects and businesses of CR Power in Dongguan, and help to expand the development space and work together to achieve mutual benefits and results.

Secretary Huang Shaowen expressed the appreciation for the great support of CR Power to the economic and social development of Dongguan, hoping that the two parties could deepen the cooperation based on existing cooperative results. The Management Committee of Songshan Lake would continue to give strong support to CR Power for pushing forward with the construction of the CR Power operation headquarters and development of new energy projects, and welcome and support CR Power to actively participate in the integrated energy market.

The South China Region of CR Power signed an investment framework agreement with the Management Committee of Songshan Lake in regards to the integrated energy service business. According to the agreement, CR Power would invest in the construction of projects on distributed energy resources, PV, energy storage, charging piles, electricity sale services and other green energy services and recycling economy in Songshan Lake, in an endeavor to push forward the transformation of the energy structure of Songshan Lake in an all-round manner.

Jiang Lihui, Senior Vice President of the holding company, and relevant people in charge of the holding office, the South China Region and the construction department of the headquarter base were present at the meeting.
