September 11, Ge Changxin, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power, met with Wang Liwei, Mayor of Lvliang City in Taiyuan, Shanxi, conducting in-depth discussions on CR Coal's investment and development in Lvliang City.

Vice Chairman Ge Changxin expressed his gratitude for the long-term care and support of the Municipal Government of Lvliang to CR Coal and made a brief introduction of the current conditions of CR Coal. He said that CR Coal would make positive response to the national policy of supply-side structural reform, steadily push forward the resolution of excess coal production, and promote the healthy development of the coal industry; meanwhile, under the principle of cooperation, win-win results and mutual benefit, CR Coal would proactively drive the quality development of businesses in Lvliang City, wishing the Municipal Government of Lvliang to give further support to CR Power in aspects including liquidizing remnant assets and launching Dong’an project; the two parties would explore a more extensive and deepened cooperation, and work together to promote the economic and social progress in Lvliang City.

Mayor Wang Liwei expresses his gratitude for the long-term contributions of CR Coal to the economic and social development in Lvliang City. He hoped that relying on the excellent foundation of coal cooperation, the two parties could enhance communication and continuously expand cooperation results. Lvliang City would actively complete the work related to service assurance, in an endeavor to help CR Coal out of the difficulties and problems encountered in the course of operation, and achieve win-win results and joint development.
