On the morning of April 23, CR Power and China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute ("CREEI") held the cloud signing ceremony of the offshore wind power cooperation agreement. President Tang Yong of CR Power and President Zheng Sheng'an of CREEI attended the ceremony.

President Zheng Sheng'an said that offshore wind power was an important part of China's renewable energy development, and offshore wind power at deep sea was becoming the important strategic development direction of China's energy development and transformation. On the basis of the conclusion of strategic cooperation in 2016, both parties further deepened the business cooperation in offshore wind power field, which is of great significance for the future development of both parties.

President Tang Yong expressed that CREEI, as an important think tank of China in the renewable energy industry, played an important role in the renewable energy development in China. The offshore wind power cooperation agreement conclude by the CREEI and CR Power will more vigorously propel the rapid and high-quality development of the offshore wind power business and the sustainable development of the renewable energy industry.

Both parties adopted the cloud signing mode. Assistant President Xu Hongbo of CR Power and Vice President Yi Yuechun of the CREEI signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, both parties will, by virtue of respective resource and technology advantages, cooperate in such fields as large offshore wind power base projects and offshore wind power test wind field projects, discuss the common construction of deep sea offshore wind power technology research center, and establish an efficient communication mechanism to share renewable energy information and dynamic state.

Relevant principals of the CREEI, relevant principals of the Strategic Development Department of CR Power, the South China and the technology institute participated in the activity.
