On December 8th, China Association of Construction Enterprise Management (CACEM) held the 2018—2019 National Quality Project Awards Commendation Conference at National Convention Center in Beijing. Haiyuan Xihuashan 300MW Wind Power Project invested and constructed by China Resources Wind Power (Haiyuan) Co., Ltd. received “National Quality Project Award” and became the first wind power project of CR Power winning this award.

In order to build high-quality project, the Project Department formulated planning scheme beyond national standards at the very beginning, making clear the management idea of “planning first, model leading, process tracking, strict testing and one-time success”. With construction schemes specifically developed for key and difficult projects, the management personnel paid close attention to the entire process and carried out construction strictly following the construction scheme and design documents, thus obtaining a number of excellent quality management QC achievements, including “Construction Quality Control of Fan-base Large-volume Concrete under Bad Weather”. The Project Department also conducted scientific and technological innovation throughout the project, and won multiple provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards with “Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Wind Farm Construction”. In May 2018, this project received “2018 China Power Quality Project Award” given by China Electric Power Construction Association.
