On July 26, CR Power held the semi-annual work meeting of the year 2021 in Wuhan with the theme of "Implementing Changes and Gathering Advantages to Start a New Journey". At the meeting, CR Power reviewed the working achievements of the first half of the year, carried out summary and reflection, analysis and evaluation, and deployed the goals and tasks for the second half of the year.

On July 16, CR Power participated in the first-day trading of China's carbon market, and was invited to attend the opening ceremony.

On July 20, CR Power successfully issued the first phase of 2021 green directional asset-backed notes (carbon-neutrality bonds). The registration limit of this product is RMB 6 billion, and the initial scale is RMB 2.005 billion. The term of the priority note is 2 years, and the stated interest rate is only 3.2%, which is the lowest level of products of the same type and the same term in the power industry.

CR Northeast Revitalization New Energy Industry Alliance ("Alliance" for short) carried out investigations and surveys in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang from July 5 to 6. More than 80 officials and experts from Jiamusi Municipal Committee, Jiamusi Municipal Government, the Alliance and relevant organizations. This event is the first group-based operation and all-round cooperative investigations and surveys carried out by CR Power jointly with excellent organizations in the industrial, academic and research sectors, having a far-reaching significance on exploring the project development mode under new circumstances.

On June 22, CR Power (Guangdong) Marketing Co., Ltd. and BASF (China) Co., Ltd. completed the first renewable energy trading in Guangdong Province at the Guangdong Power Exchange Center. The trading volume reached 2.45 million kilowatt hours. The power generation enterprise is CR Power Wind Energy (Shantou) Co., Ltd.

On June 18, Wang Chuandong - Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group and Chairman of the Board of CR Power, on behalf of China Resources Group, attended a symposium in Beijing on central enterprises helping rural revitalization and high-quality development of Gansu Province. Tang Yong, President of CR Power, attended the symposium and signed an energy investment and development agreement with relevant units of Gansu Province on behalf of CR Power, with a total installed capacity of 2.56 million kilowatts.

On May 24, Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group, met with Wang Qiushi - the visiting Jiamusi Municipal Party Secretary - in Shenzhen. They held friendly talks on strengthening cooperation in related fields and reached broad consensus. They also witnessed the signing of strategic cooperation agreement between Jiamusi Municipal People's Government and China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd.

On May 21, the People's Government of Dongguan convened the "2021 Investment Fair for Strategic Emerging Industries in Dongguan". Liang Weidong, Secretary of Municipal Party Committee of Dongguan, Xiao Yafei, Mayor of Dongguan, and Hou Yongjie, Vice President and General Manager of CR Power South China Region were invited to attend the fair, on which a strategic cooperation agreement for the smart energy industry was signed between them.

On May 14, CR Power and Hezhou Municipal People's Government jointly held the signing ceremony for the Cooperation Framework Agreement on Jointly Building a CR Power Great Circular Economy Industrial Demonstration Zone in Hezhou, Guangxi and the Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Development of the Power, Grid, Load and Storage Integration & Multi-energy Complementarity Project. Tang Yong - President of CR Power, Hou Yongjie - Vice President of CR Power, Lin Guan - Secretary of Hezhou Municipal Party Committee, and Peng Daiyuan - Mayor of Hezhou attended and witnessed the event together.

On May 10, a symposium on Central Enterprises Implementing the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and Supporting the Construction of Xiong'an New Area and Cooperation between Central Enterprises and Local Governments was held in Xiong'an New Area.
