On December 22, China Resources Power received the certificates of 2020 Asian Power Awards (2020 Asian Power Awards), including the Gold Award for the Best Biomass Power Generation Project of the Year, the Best Technology Innovation Project of the Year in China, and the Best Wind Power Project of the Year in China, and the Best Solar Power Project of the Year in China.

Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) and the National Post-Doctor Regulatory Commission jointly issued Notice on Approving the Establishment of Post-Doctoral Programmes in 497 Units including the Institute of Advanced Technology under University of Science and Technology of China (MOHRSS Letter No. 108, 2020), China Resources Power Technology Institute was successfully approved to establish a national post-doctoral programme to carry out post-doctoral work.

On November 20th, Wang Chuandong, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Resources Power, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Resources Gas, met with Li Hongqing, Municipal Party Secretary of Hezhou City, and his party in Shenzhen. The two parties exchanged on strengthening industrial cooperation and other matters.

On November 12th and 13th, China Social Responsibility 100 Forum and the Social Responsibility Cloud Research Institute held the third Social Responsibility Exhibition in Beijing.

From November 9th to 11th, the 2020 Global Smart Energy Summit was held by China Smart Energy Industry Alliance in Nanjing.

On October 21st, China Resources Power and China Haizhuang Wind Power signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningbo.

On September 23rd, China Resources Power and Sichuan Investment Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Chengdu.

On September 9, the 2020 Chinese Energy High-quality Development Summit and Energy Industry Poverty Alleviation Achievement Seminar sponsored by the China Energy News agency are held at Beijing.

On July 24, the Centre of Business Sustainability ("CBS") of the Chinese University of Hong Kong ("CUHK"), in conjunction with the CUHK and the SGS of Hong Kong, has issued the first session of "Greater Bay Area Business Sustainability Index" (GBABSI). CR Power is ranked the 7th, a "forerunner" among 67 evaluated enterprises.

On June 18, China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CR Power") held the enlarged meeting of the EHS committee in the first half of 2020 and the three-year special rectification for work safety by means of video conference. A total of 1203 people, including members of the EHS committee, persons in charge of related departments of the headquarters, regions, branches in the coal industry, directly affiliated units and project companies, and related management personnel of the EHS security system and supervision system at all levels, participated in the meeting.
