From March 28 to 30, the 2019 Macao International Environmental Cooperation Forum & Exhibition (MIECF) themed "Building Ecological Civilization and Promoting Green Development" was held in Macao. Enterprises from all over the world were present at this exhibition, demonstrating cutting-edge technologies of energy conservation and environmental protection. CR Power made its debut at the event and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MECOM Power and Construction Limited.

On March 28, Hu Min, Party Secretary and President of CR Power, met with Wang Hao, member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Tangshan Municipal Party Committee, in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The two sides entered into exchanges in an extensive way and reached broad consensus on strengthening cooperation in the fields of electric power and energy.

On March 26, CR Power held its 2019 work conference themed "developing the industry with cohesive force" in Jinan, Shandong Province. Li Ruge, member of China Resources Party Committee, chief accountant and Chairman of the Board of CR Power, as well as relevant leaders of the Group's Strategic Management Department, Finance Department, Audit Department, and Intelligence and Information Department were invited to attend the conference. Nearly 300 people from the Holding Company's management team, departments and offices, major regions, coal branches, relevant units and project companies, as well as holding managers were present.

On March 18, 2019, the Annual Meeting of China Resources Managers was held in China Resources Xiaojingwan. All Group leaders, external directors, and more than 300 managers from various departments and offices of the Group, strategic business units and the primary profit center attended the meeting. During the meeting, the awards ceremony of the China Resources Outstanding Performance Award was held in commendation of the advanced teams and deeds in the past year. CR Power's "Low-grade Steam Efficiency Improvement and Utilization Project" won the Silver Award for Best Innovation in Mode Management and its "Urban Sludge Coupling Power Generation Environmental Responsibility Practice Project" won the Silver Award for Social Responsibility.

On March 14, in the company of Hu Min, Party Secretary and President of CR Power, Zhang Yingzhong, Vice President of CR Cement, and Ma Li, Chief Representative of China Resources for Guangdong Province and General Manager of CR Power South China, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Huang Min inspected CR Power (Haifeng) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haifeng Project") to conduct an investigation into its work on sludge disposal.

On March 12, Li Ruge, member of China Resources Party Committee, chief accountant and Chairman of the Board of CR Power, met with Gao Xiaocheng, Party Secretary and President of Babcock & Wilcox Beijing Company Ltd. (B&WBC) in China Resources Tower. The two sides exchanged views on the situation of the power industry, boiler technology, biomass power generation, overseas business, etc.

On February 28, CR Power held the 2018 Sustainable Development Report Preparation Launch & Social Responsibility and Charity Training Exchange Meeting in Shenzhen. Hu Min, Party secretary and President of CR Power, attended the meeting. Also in attendance were relevant experts from the Research Center for Corporate Social Responsibility under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Ernst & Young (China), relevant directors from the China Resources General Office, other departments & offices, major districts, coal branches, and relevant units in charge of social responsibility, public welfare and charity management, as well as report compilers, totaling nearly 70 people.

On February 26, Hu Min, Party Secretary and President of CR Power, met with Mayor of Nanjing Lan Shaomin in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The two sides exchanged views and reached a broad consensus on deepening cooperation and exchanges and jointly participating in the city's energy development and construction.

From January 15 to 18, the 2019 (8th) Capital Annual Meeting of Financing China, sponsored by Financing China and China Investment Forum, was held in Beijing. More than 5,000 people from governments, financial institutions, investment institutions, wealth management institutions, listed companies, large-scale enterprises and risk investment enterprises attended the event to explore and discuss the ecology of the equity investment industry from the perspective of the whole industrial chain. At the event, the list of Top 10 Equity Investment Funds in 2018 was released. CR Power Runchuang New Energy Fund was selected into "Top 10 Cases of Financing China for Best Private Equity Investment 2018" for its investment in the Biomass Cogeneration Project of Rizhao City.

On January 18, CR Power and Spade Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Spade Capital") held the signing ceremony for the joint venture agreement at CR Power's Hong Kong headquarters. According to the agreement, the two sides will establish CR Spade Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CR Spade") based on the common concept of serving the society. Jointly owned by both sides, the new company will be committed to promoting the development of new energy resources, publicizing the concept of green and environmental protection, and fulfilling social responsibilities.
