On the afternoon of January 22, CR Smart Energy Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xuchang XJ Software Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. Fan Zhe, Vice President of CR Power, and Zhao Yi, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of XJ Electric Corporation, witnessed this signing of the agreement.

On January 19, the winner list announcement of China Resources Group's 2023 Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Award was ended. CR Power's "Research on Key Technologies for Improving Reliability of Power Generation Equipment under the Background of New Power System" project won the first prize, which is the first time that CR Power has won this award.

At 23:59 on December 18, a 6.2-magnitude earthquake with a focus depth of 10 kilometers struck the autonomous county of Jishishan in the Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province. There was significant damage to the communication, transportation, energy, and water infrastructures.

From December 3 to 7, the pertinent staff of Guangdong CR Carbon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CR Carbon Energy") went to Dubai to attend the 28th UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP28). During the event held at the "China Pavilion" of Shenzhen, the "Demonstration Project on Carbon Capture Technology and Test Platform" of Shenzhen Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone China Resources Power Co., Ltd. was recognized as one of the top 10 green and low-carbon cases in Shenzhen for 2023. This case highlights the accomplishments of CR Power in the green and low-carbon areas and its response to climate change.

The winners of the "2023 Outstanding Listed Company Award" were publicly revealed on December 5. The event was co-hosted by the cross-platform media and the financial and economic circles of Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland. According to the list, CR Power won the Outstanding Listed Company Award.

On November 30, under the direction of the Guangdong Provincial Energy Bureau and the Shantou Municipal Government, the China Wind Energy Association and the Global Wind Energy Council organized the Swatow International Wind Power Technology Innovation Conference. The opening ceremony was addressed by Fu Xiaofeng, Deputy Director of the Department of Social Development on Science and Technology of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Hu Hong, Deputy Secretary-General of People's Government of Guangdong Province, and Wen Zhanbin, Secretary of the CPC Shantou Municipal Committee. On November 30, the Presentation Ceremony of Hong Kong Green Awards 2023 was held in Hong Kong. CR Power was awarded the "Environmental, Health and Safety Award · Platinum", the highest level at the Hong Kong Green Awards, in addition to the "Green Management Award · Gold" and the "Corporate Green Governance Award · Enterprise Leadership". CR Power Hunan Co., Ltd., CR Power (Jiangsu) South Thermal Power Generation Co., Ltd., and CR New Energy (Hebei) Co., Ltd. won the "Environmental, Health and Safety Award · Silver". CR (Ningxia) New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and CR New Energy (Fuxin) Wind Energy Co., Ltd. won the "Environmental, Health and Safety Award · Bronze".

The 2023 Asian Power Awards winner list was formally revealed on November 8. CR Power took home three awards, including China's Best Wind Energy Project, China's Best Environmental Protection Improvement Award, and the Silver Award for the Generation Project with the Best Performance in Power-loading Adjustment.

On the afternoon of October 9, CR Power and CR Vientiane Life signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen.
